You know when Tim gets all into making us better swimmers? Usually I dislike that, as drills slow down my continuous long-free high. But today was one of those days when you actually get a tip that makes everything feel smoother. Thanks Tim for the backstroke help!
*warmup: 250 (one length back), 200 (2 back), 150 (3 back), 100 (all back)
*4 x 25's back drill (half length tap palm, half length "wave" drill)
*50 fast free
repeat three times but second round use 100 free, third round use 200 free
add fins for:
*2 x 25's back drill, 100 fast free, 100 fast back
*2 x 50's back drill, 100 fast free, 100 fast back
*2 x 100's back drill, 100 fast free, 100 fast back
*I am blanking on the rest but I know it was more fast 100's and 200's of free and back, and back drill. Enjoy!
