Happy Valentine's Day



This morning's workout was a good way to come down off the sugar of shirtless (for the kids of course) cookie decorating yesterday afternoon. Phew!

*warmup: 5 x 200's free

add pull gear for:

*600, 300, 100 fast
*500, 250, 100 fast
*400, 200, 100 fast
