*200 free, 300 free to stroke, 400 free strong
*500 straight done as 100 fast, 25 easy
*500 done as 4x125's with first and third fast, 20 sec rest in between
*500 straight done as 50 fast, 50 easy
*500 done as 5x100's second and fourth fast, 20 sec rest in between
*500 straight and steady
