Just the Workout, Ma'am

*warm up with 300, 200, 100, 4 x 50's free
*3 x 100's free to set pace for 10 min swim
*10 minute swim
*2 x 100's free to set pace for 10 min swim
*10 minute swim
*5 x 100's as IM, weakest stroke, sprint, one lap underwater, kick
*1 x 100 3 count to loosen
