I ate a lot of it, and all the accoutrements that come with it, so today was good.

*warmup: 5 x 150 free with last length stroke

add pull gear for:

*2 x 200, 3 x 100 descending
repeat 3x

remove or keep pull gear on for:

*100, 2 x 50's fast, easy 50
repeat 2x
