*warmup: 400 free, 200 3 count, 100 IM

*10 minute swim with every 6th length up tempo

*4 x 75's alternating IM and 3 count free

*10 minute swim with every 5th and 6th length up tempo

*2 x 75's alternating IM and 3 count free

*10 minute swim with every 4th, 5th, and 6th length up tempo
