Thanks for the appetite, Tim

Well. Today there was a lot of swimming. Long. Hard. (Get your mind out of the gutter).

And then there was breakfast. Boy, I love swimming and eating. It's the simple things.

*warm up: I didn't hear, but I think it was 10 x 100's free (I know I did a number of 100's at least)

*20 minute swim: steady for the first 15 minutes, turn it up for last 5

...and then do it again (that's right, another 20 minute straight swim).

Ready for Saturday!
