Today's workout certainly worked off some of the icing I ingested while helping my kids build these gingerbread mansions. Thank goodness for swimming.
*warm up: 3 x 250
*4 x 25's dolphin kick, 4 x 25's fly
*4 x 50s' flutter kick, 4 x 50's free
repeat with 3's, 2's and 1's
(easier said than done)
*200 fly with varying breaks at each 25
*4 x 50's fast free
